We understand that reaching out for help takes courage. Our admissions process is designed to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Here is what to expect:

Step 1: Call Us for a Free Assessment

Call our admissions team at (603) 769-8981 (NH) or (781) 765-0001 (MA). This confidential conversation helps us understand your situation, answer your questions, and determine which program is the best fit. There is no pressure and no obligation.

Step 2: Insurance Verification

We verify your insurance benefits within minutes — at no cost to you. Our team explains exactly what your plan covers, including any co-pays or deductibles, so there are no surprises. We accept most major insurance plans at both our NH and MA locations.

Step 3: Clinical Assessment & Intake

Once your insurance is confirmed, we schedule your clinical assessment. You will meet with our clinical team, including oversight from our Medical Director Dr. Richard Marasa, who will evaluate your needs and create an individualized treatment plan. Same-day intake is available in many cases.

Step 4: Begin Treatment

You start your program — whether that is Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Day Treatment, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), or another level of care. Our programs run during the day so you can maintain your daily responsibilities while getting the help you need.

Both locations offer outpatient addiction treatment programs including IOP, Day Treatment, MAT, and aftercare. Our clinical team, led by Medical Director Dr. Richard Marasa, provides oversight at both sites.
